❤55❤ Concert & Future work

image

Yesterday I went with two friends to Captiol Theater.
They wanted to see Drew Sarich.
He's a muscial actor (currently acting as "Rocky" in Germany), but he also released two albums.
I just listend to some samples on his Facebook page before since I didn't know him at all.

The concert was for free, so I said "Yes!" and joined them! : )

Their train was a bit late, but we managed to be there in time.
They also brought another friend of them who only knew Japanese.
Although I still suck at Japanese I was able to a bit to him too!
(I bet it was all wrong and stuff but it was fun! image )

Elly had some of her homework on her phone which was a German text from Kafka she needed to translate into Japanese, so we tried to explain him what "Spätherbstnachmittag" (Afternoon in late autumn) and "Abendsonnenduft" (Scent of the evening sun) would mean in Japanese. "Abendsonnenduft" isn't even a real word so it was really funny to explain.

I also liked his voice and although he had so many sad songs I enjoyed the concert!!

I was back home around midnight and went to bed an hour later.
At 6:30 it was waking up time again!

At 8am I had an appointment at the local health center to get a certificate for my new side-job : )
I'll sell Bubble Tea at some events haha.

On my way I saw two cute bunnies on a playground and I couldn't resist taking a picture of one of them:

As always in Germany I had to pick a number and... wait.

Then I was registered and had to pay 25€ image

Half an hour later we had to watch a short movie about hygenie when working with food and that was all about it.

Everyone got a small blue book.
I'm not really sure if that movie was woth it, but you need to have that booklet in Germany in order to be allowed to work with food.

I was sooooo tired during the whole morning, because I didn't even had a coffee until then
 (; A;
So when I came back home the coffee machine was the first thing to be turned on! x3

By the way~
I got totally used to soymilk now and I can only reccomend the soymilk from DM!!

When I'm at my parents place I don't even like the coffee with normal milk that much anymore

I'm such a coffee-addict!!

❤54❤ City~

Hello~ : )

Yesterday I went to the shopping mall in Bilk (a part of Düsseldorf) because I had to bring some letters to the post office.
Then I decided to do some window-shopping but.. well..

Of course I ended up buying something ^ ^°

I found these safety-pants in the underwear section of New Yorker!!
I was looking for those on the internet for some time already, but they all looked so cheap

These felt soft and compfortable and were only 7.99€ each!

Then I went to Immermann-Street (where all the Japanese shops are located) because I wanted to check if the new Ageha was already in stock, but it wasn't (; A;

It was already about 3pm by then and I hadn't eating anything, so I stopped by at BoBoQ and had a Honeydew-Bubbletea and 2 O-Cakes.

They sold it as a menu for 6€.

I had never tried those O-Cakes before so I decided for Oreo and White Choclate!

They were bigger than I expected!
The dough was something between pancake and waffles. I guess it contains lots of eggs, but it's tasty!

This was the Oreo one!
I think there were 2 oreo cakes inside

This was the white choclate one!

Both were nice, but I liked the Oreo one better, since the other one was a bit too heavy for me

❤53❤ iPhone Charger Review

About one month ago I ordered an iPhone charger from ebay after I'd seen one when meeting with friends.

She got hers from Japan, I got mine from China.

I bought it on April 6 and payed 11,40€ shipping included.

Before buying it I checked how many mAh the chargers had that were offered on ebay.
The higher, the longer the battery lasts!

The range started at 1200 and ended at 5600.

About 1200mAh equals charging your iPhone from 0-100% if I'm not mistaken, so please think about that when buying one!!

Further it only has one usb-slot, so only one phone can be charged.
I saw some with two slots, but they had less battery capacity.

I also saw that it had the CE sign on the back, which proofs that it's produced regarding European Standarts.

It took about one month after the small package arrived!

This was the pic on ebay:

This was what I got:

The charger doesn't look too fancy, but it was clean and without any scratches!

This is how it looks like:

Front:

Back:

... NO CE - SIGN !!

If you get something like that please be careful when using it !!

Don't let something charge over night, as it might get too hot while charging!!
( I opened a file on ebay about that and will let you know how it ended!)

However~

The button has three options:

Off - well.. no lights on.

Light - all four lights go on - probably handy for traveling! )

Charge - 1-4 lights on, depending on how much life is left

(It came with battery already half full!)

They also included lots of additional plugs.

For charging the charger you'd need the micro-usb one : )

Quick Review:

Overall:
(✰✰✰✰✰ - for the missing CE-certificate)

❤52❤ Die Umsteiger - Vegan Blog (German - sorry!!)

Hallo~

Tja.. was soll ich sagen?

Na ja.. back to topic.

❤51❤ Step One: New Documents

As some of you might now, I plan to start my Work and Holiday in Japan this autumn/winter.

Currently I'm still super busy with preparations for my thesis (and my tutor is freaking me out), but there are things I don't want to procrastinate for too long!

One of those things are my documents.

Although my ID and travel papers are still valid, they'd expire during my stay in Japan.
Therefore I need both to be renewed.

That also means that I need new pictures for my passports (' A'

Therefore I'm going to have them taken today! : )

Further I hope that I'll receive my money already today so I can go to the city hall and order my new passport!

I knew that they aren't for free, but.. when I read -how- expensive an ID card and especially a passport is I was kinda shocked!

An ID card will cost you around 30€ which is kind of what I expected, but the passport comes at 60€!

So both documents will cost me around 90€ already!

Let's hope that at least the pictures won't look too silly! ; )

❤49❤ Lockshop Wig Review

Hello~

Last week I ordered a wig at Lockshop!

The new Mermaid Faerie wig.

It took about a week until it made it's way from the Netherlands to Germany.
I received a tracking number and shipping was about the price I payed.
(6,90€ shipping + 1,50€ packaging.. I payed 10€ for shipping so.. That's okay I think.)

The wig was placed in a plastic wrap and a thin net. Unfortunately the net had a hole that made it impossible to put the wig back in there.

The wig feels really soft and only has natural shimmer that makes it look like real hair.
It's a blend of really light blond (right) and a bit darker blond (left).
The difference is small enough to not make it look strange!

It was easy to comb through and has beautiful waves <3
The fringe is long enough to cut it into any shape you like, but it definitely needs to be cut before it can be worn.

Also, when putting all hair in the front over your showers the net can't be seen : )

There are just two little points that I don't like:
A) The roots are really flat. A little more volume would make them look way more natural! Also backcombing didn't really work ><

B) the wig is styled with center parting. That makes it impossible to style it in hime-style and you're limited to just a few possibilities to wear it.

Other than that I'm in love!
It was the first time I ordered from Lockshop and I'd do it defiantly again! : )

This is how it looks worn : )
